CUSTOMER REMEDY

Sorority Pro’s entire liability, if any, is limited to a refund of the price paid, and such is your exclusive remedy.

LIMITATION & EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Sorority Pro and its suppliers will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss.

COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

This website and information may contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or any way exploit, in whole or in part, any proprietary information or other material. You agree that you will only use the website for your personal use and will not let anyone besides yourself use the website and services provided. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any picture that you upload.

LICENSE

All images, text, contents, products and scripts are licensed and never sold, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction is prohibited. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sale, modify, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the license program or product, or any subset of the license program or product except as provided for in this Agreement or expressly in writing. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Lastly, Sorority Pro reserves the right to utilize any correspondence, communication, conversations, comments, ideas, written material, visual material, audio material and any other material from its work with respective clients for any purpose fitting the business operations. Sorority Pro reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

REFERENCE RESPONSIBILITY

Sorority Pro provides product and services, but you are responsible for insuring that you and any of your reference providers use the products and services correctly. Sorority Pro does not provide references and you will need to locate these references on your own. Additionally, the reference providers are solely responsible for successfully submitting recommendations based on individual sorority requirements. Sorority Pro cannot confirm that a recommendation has been submitted if the reference provider indicates that he or she has done so.

DATA RESPONSIBILITY

Sorority Pro has no responsibility or liability for the data that is available to reference providers. In other words, reference providers will be able to review data you have entered into our system as part of the process of providing their references and recommendations. You agree that Sorority Pro cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by any reference providers that you have selected and allowed access to your data.

FORUM AND CHOICE OF LAWS

Our agreement for you to use this website and Sorority Pro services and the performance thereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and venue shall be proper in Dallas County, Texas.

DATA LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that Sorority Pro uses commercially reasonable systems and means to ensure the security and safety of the data, and its services, but there can be no assurance or guarantee that there will not be any unauthorized access to such data. Because Sorority Pro will not have direct knowledge of the contents of the data and information that may be stored on this website by you, Sorority Pro’s only obligation, in the event of any unauthorized access that may be considered a security breach, will be to notify you as soon as reasonably possible after Sorority Pro becomes or is made aware of any such access. You hereby agree to indemnify and protect Sorority Pro from and against any liability relating to any noncompliance with the foregoing requirements (other than directly related to the requirement above that Sorority Pro provide you notice of any such unauthorized access). Sorority Pro has no responsibility or liability for the information or data that you enter into or send through the Sorority Pro website, if any person receives such information or data and uses it for any purpose that is detrimental to you. By using the website, you assume the risk that a party may use the information it receives as part of the services provided in a manner detrimental to you.
